MAVTRAX is free
As of August 12, 2026, MAVTRAX is completely free — there is nothing to purchase, so for new users there is nothing to refund. The policies below apply only to legacy subscriptions purchased before that date.
How to cancel
You can cancel anytime — no phone call required:
- In the app: Account → Manage billing → Cancel subscription, or
- Email hello@mavtrax.com and we'll cancel it for you.
When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and your access remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Renewals & refunds
- Legacy auto-renewal: if you still have an old subscription, cancel it in your app store settings or the in-app billing portal — the app no longer requires it.
- Monthly plans: we do not provide refunds or credits for partial months. Cancel anytime to avoid the next charge.
- Annual plans: if you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of a renewal charge and haven't actively used the Service in that period, contact us for a full refund. Otherwise, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the term.
- Billing errors: if you were charged in error, email us within 60 days and we'll make it right.
